  • When will my order be shipped?
    Experience the simplicity of free shipping at Godfidence Gear. Our T-Shirts
    typically ship within 7-12 business days, while hoodies and sweatshirts follow
    the same timeline, with some orders taking up to 30 business days. Please consider that our products are crafted just for you upon order placement, which explains the slightly extended delivery time. Opting for on-demand production
    over bulk manufacturing allows us to reduce overproduction, and we appreciate your thoughtful purchasing decisions!

    My order says delivered butI have not received it, what should I do?
    The package's delivery is managed by USPS. If you are unable to locate the package marked as "in-transit" or "delivered," we suggest reaching out to your local post office for assistance.

    Shipping Address Issues
    Godfidence Gear assumes no liability for shipping address discrepancies, encompassing lost, stolen, misplaced, or erroneously delivered shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of provided information before submitting their order. Any inaccuracies in shipping or product details
    entered at the time of purchase cannot be modified or orrected by us.

    Delivery Issues
    For all orders encountering delivery issues marked as delivered but not received by the customer, a claim with the shipping company must be filed. In the event of an unsuccessful claim upon further examination, we may consider issuing a store credit equivalent to the amount in question for the package.

    Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
    Once your order label is printed, tracking numbers are promptly emailed to you. This signifies the commencement of the shipping process, and your tracking number will be updated once USPS scans your order. A pre-shipment status for several days does not indicate a lost order; it's normal. Kindly reach out to
    us only if your order exceeds the estimated shipment time.

    Oversold Items
    While rare, in the unfortunate event that an item is oversold and cannot be shipped with your order, a refund will be issued for the missing item. The
    remaining items in your order will still be shipped. If your entire order is comprised of the oversold item, a refund for the shipping cost will also be
    provided.

  • Returns/ Exchanges of Items
    All purchases are considered final sale, and as such, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This policy applies to all purchases, including those made during holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items bought with sale codes. Rest assured, we will rectify any errors made on our part. If the product you received is determined to be defective, your order qualifies for a refund. We appreciate your understanding of this policy!

    Color Disclaimer
    As a result of differences in monitor settings, Godfidence Gear cannot ensure precise color matches for its products. It's important to note that colors with similar names across different apparel manufacturers, brands, or styles (e.g., Navy, Navy Blue, Dark Navy) may not perfectly match each other or any of the color options in the Godfidence Gear thread guide. Fabric colors displayed on computer monitors may vary due to disparities in screen types, resolution, color, tone, or other display settings.

    I Forgot to Use My Discount Code
    Regrettably, our system does not permit price adjustments after purchases are finalized. Once your order is confirmed, neither you nor we can modify it. Please double-check all
    information, including discount codes, for accuracy before submitting your order. Note that only one discount code, including free shipping codes, may be applied per order.
